The late 80's to early 90's feel

This hotel has that late 80's to early 90's vibe to it. Just a very nice but kinda off in the back off the road kind of hotel. I'd go back to again.

We were extremely disappointed with our stay at this hotel. The shower head was literally held on with zip ties and looked like it came out of a motorhome from the 80s. The carpet was so dirty it left our socks black. On top of that, the plumbing was incredibly loud—you could hear every time anyone in the building used their bathroom, day or night. It made it nearly impossible to relax or get a decent night’s sleep. I realize it was the only hotel in town, so we were hopeful it might be a hidden gem—but unfortunately, that was not the case. Definitely would not stay here again.

The guy at the desk was nice but the hotel hallways smelled like mildew and there were dead bed bugs in our room and sheets. We didn't realize until the morning because we stopped after midnight and we just wanted to rest. It was a horrible feeling in the morning. We got out of there as quickly as we could.

At check-in find they don't have king room I reserved. Change to room with 2 full size beds. Go to shower there was no hot water. Turn on t.v. cable doesn't work. At 1a.m. go to front desk and am told "Oh, let me switch you because we haven't had complaints in other room. Absolutely awful...avoid at all costs!!!

Amerihost Inn, Fulton, MO

The pool and hot tub were out of order, and no breakfast was provided, despite the website stating that breakfast is included. Uncomfortable mattresses, lumpy pillows, dirty comforters. I would not stay there again, and don't recommend it to anyone.

The pool was open this time which was fantastic for my 5 year old grandson. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean. It seemed to be in better shape than the last time we were there !!
