Lovely stay!

Laura was an excellent host! She provided clear directions on how to get to the B&B and was there to greet us. The room, bathroom, and common areas were very clean. Laura provided a lovely breakfast and delicious coffee, and was very accessible via phone when we had a question. 10/10 stay and would recommend to anyone. Thanks Laura!!

This property was perfect for our family of four. Our room included a king size bed, and two twin beds. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed the breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning. We also were able to use the common area living room and kitchen. There was cappuccino and espresso that we could serve ourselves as needed. The owners were so nice and helpful.. We would definitely stay there again if we go back to Venice.

Highly recommend this accommodation. The hosts are absolutely wonderful, the room was large and comfortable with a stunning view. We had wonderful breakfasts. Yes, there is noise as you're near a vaporetto stop so take earplugs. We would love to return and spend another holiday at this place as soon as possible.

The view was amazing, it was super close to a Water Taxi stop, and the made to order breakfast was delicious. Owners were accommodating with our luggage allowing us to check out but leave the luggage in a secured location thus allowing us to walk around Venice for a few more hours before our departure, I feel the view made it an unforgettable trip for us

Our family of four stayed here two nights in July. The location was excellent, 5 minute walk from train station and 15 minutes to the main square. The view of the grand canal was amazing. Breakfast was fantastic. Hosts were super accommodating. We would definitely stay here again.

Terrific B&B with lovely service (and breakfasts) from Laura - located just by a vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal, away from the main tourist areas but within easy reach. Very good dining options nearby - La Zucca especially, but ask Laura for others. Reasonably priced, very good simple facilities, exactly what we were hoping for. I'm sure we'll return.

Laura greeted us, assisted with our luggage and reviewed the facilities, breakfast and gave us a map along with a booklet of recommended dining, shops, ferry info, etc. We stayed in the Attica room sharing with our friends for 2 nights. I wish we could have stayed 2 additional nights. It rained on and off both days and the first evening we brought a few groceries in from a local market and sat at the table in our “suite” with a bottle of wine, cheeses and fresh bread chatting! Later we enjoyed drinks at a local pizzeria then dinner at a fine restaurant from the recommended list. A frig is provided in the kitchen for your items and a carafe of water is provided as well! The views from our unit were limited but we were able to see the Grande Canal. The ferry pick up and drop is right out front! Will definitely stay here again on our next trip!
