宿泊者限定で別館の温泉♨に入る事が出来て良かった。フロントの対応良かった。駅近くで便利でした。入口にキャリーバッグや車椅子用のスロープがあれば更に良いかと。

駅のすく前にあり、行きやすい。少し寂しい駅前風景の中にあるが、このホテルは明るく安心感あり。フロントの女性の対応もいい。

6月の好天日に宿泊。大満足でした。
10階の横手駅ロータリー方面に宿泊。晴天でし たので朝夕には横手城や横手市外の眺望抜群でした。宿泊者特典も豊富で、温泉大浴場利用や、ドリンクサービス＋施設レストレランでの優待メニューを夕景を見ながら快食できたりと大満足でした。機会があれば必ずリピート宿泊したいです。

訳あって泊まれなかったのに
隣町に住んでいるのですが、時々一人になってリフレッシュする為に利用させて頂いてます。
ところが当日になって体調を崩し病院へ救急搬送されました。
落ち着いてから家族にホテルへキャンセルの電話をしてもらいました。
チェックインの時間からだいぶ経っておりキャンセル料を後日お支払したい旨を伝えてもらったのですが、状況を考慮した対応をして頂きました。
体調を崩し病院で心細い中、温かい対応をしていただけた事に感謝しております。
回復したら是非また利用させて頂きたいです。

外に出て別施設に行かなければならないが、
温泉はとても気持ちよく
温まったまま、近くのコンビニにより

出張で宿泊しました。チェックイン当日は雪でしたが、横手駅すぐ横で助かりました。天然温泉入浴はグループホテルに移動する必要があります。外を３分ほど移動しますが、無料の半纏を貸してもらったので寒くなかったです。スタッフは親切で快適に過ごせました。

何度か利用してます。駅近できれいでとても快適です。温泉が利用できるのも嬉しいです。室内備付の梅昆布茶がコーヒーだと個人的にはありがたいです。3階に宿泊しましたがなぜかWi-Fiアクセスがうまくいかず、5階のWi-Fiに繋がったのが不思議でした。でもまた利用すると思います。
