Nice small hotel tucked in a small side street from a very active area. We decided to stay there to get to know the Kadiköy area. It was a good choice, is conveniently located at walking distance from the Moda" area, it felt safe at all times. The hote staff was friendly and the room comfortable. Nice balcony.

The first room we got was really small, so small it cause my girlfriend to cry. When I was making the booking the price for the larger room was only a couple of dollars extra, so I spoke to the guy and asked to upgrade. He wanted €40 to upgrade instead of the five that was available at the time of booking. The breakfast was average as well, dishes were cold. Not recommended

Manglende rengøring og vedligeholdelse.

Hotellet var i dårlig stand. Der var huller i væggene og der var ingen køkken tilbehør, fryseren var frosset til. Vi fik først sengetøj på 3. Dagen. Selvom vi bad om roomservice, blev de væk. Da de kom glemt de deres arbejdstøj på værelset. Der var gamle shampoo og body soap flasker i badet og der var også skimmel i badeværelset. Der var huller i både håndklæder og sengetøj. Vi havde købt morgenmad med i prisen, det var det samme hver eneste dag. Meget lille udvalg.

Genel olarak temiz bir oteldi, kahvaltı çok kapsamlı değildi ancak temel şeyler açık büfede vardı. Kahvaltının yapıldığı yer oteldeki en güzel yer. Kliması gayet iyiydi. Otel ahşap, diğer odalardaki sesleri duyabiliyorsunuz. Odada yürürken bile ses oluyor. Asansör yok. Banyoda küf problemi var. Genel olarak çok ışık almayan bir odada kaldık. Birkaç gün kalmak ve uyumak için bu otele gelmek mantıklı. Söğütlüçeşme ve rıhtıma yakın, konum olarak iyi bir yerde.

Oda sıcaklığı hakkında olumsuz yorumlardan dolayı biraz tedirgin olmuştum ama öyle bir problem yaşamadık. Kalorifer gayet iyi çalışıyordu ve oda sıcacıktı. Kahvaltı yetersiz denmiş ancak ortalama bir kahvaltı tabağı vardı. İnsanlar serpme kahvaltı performansı bekliyor sanırım. Oda temizliği fena değildi, ekstra yastık istedik 10 dakika içinde yardımcı oldular. Check-in esnasında da beklemedik, 2-3 dakikada anahtarımızı aldık. Tekrar konaklamak için kesinlikle değerlendirilebilir.

Aralık ayında odada ısıtıcı yok. Klimayla ısınmak gerekiyormuş ama klima en az 40 yıllık ve kendini bile ısıtamıyor. En son bi elektrikli soba verdiler de onla idare ettik. Bir daha kapısından içeri adım atmayacağım bir otel.

1002 NOLU ODADA KALMAYIN

Bize giriş katında 1002 nolu odayı verdiler. Diğer odalar nasıldır bilemiyorum. Bu odada kalmayın. Pencereleri arkada küçük bir bahçe gibi bir yere bakıyor. Personel bu alanda geziniyor. Konuşmalarını gürültülerini duyabiliyorsunuz. Kliması 20 sene felan önceden kalmadır herhalde. Bizim tecrübemize göre otel resimlerde göründüğü gibi değil.

Poor service, we were in the 5th floor, would not have found out if we didn’t ask. The elevator inky goes up to The 4th floor and we had to walk up a curved staircase with no handrails and our luggage to the 5th floor. The breakfast was definitely underwhelming, and does not reflect the pictures even the hotel posts. The location is spot on though. Has a kitchenette, but no dishes/cutlery or pans. No dishcloths. The flooring is laminate and curling up. Washer and dryer work. Need your own soap (not unreasonable ). Would not recommend unless you really want something close to the action

Resepsiyonun yanındaki odaya denk geldiğim için akşam nerdeyse herkesi bende karşılamış gibi oldum seslerden. Ayrıca kahvaltıda çatal ve tabaklardan temiz olanı bulmak epey zorladı bende hepsi kirliydi. Konaklama ve oda nispeten temiz olsa da kahvaltıdaki hijyen eksilikliği otele verdiğim puanın düşmesine yol açtı.

Konumu güzel, etrafta istediğiniz restoranlar ve marketler mevcut. Oda temiz ve çok sakindi. En üstteki odada kaldık ve manzara da güzeldi. Çatı kaltı olsa da oda basık değildi. Klimalar çalışıyor, banyo güzel. Kahvaltı çeşidi yeterli. Girişimizi yapan resepsiyondaki bayan çok iyi karşıladı. İlle de olumsuz bişey yazılacaksa; asansör 4.kata çıkıyor ve odamız 5.katta olduğu için 1 kat yürüyerek çıktık fakat tam 1 kat sayılmaz az adımlı merdivendi bizim için bir sorun olmadı çocuklu aile olmamıza rağmen. Bir de camı açarak uyursanız sabah 4-5 gibi martıların sesi uykunuzu bölebilir ve bunun da otel ile ilgisi yok :)
