Charged more then what its worth.

Honestly wasn't horrible but the beds were hard and the sheets were worn the room was nice besides that the breakfast was severely lacking stood in line for over 20 mins trying to get a waffle one was broken the other option was cereal or a muffin. But besides that every staff member was very helpful and kind.

Tried to exchange towels coming from the beach. Maid argued for 8 minutes-didn’t want to do it. We were exchanging them-not asking for more. The advertise breakfast buffet. Only cereal, waffles and coffee. The room was nice, just don’t expect curtesy, professional or breakfast..

Very clean and staff was very professional. Refrigerator in room was supposed to be energy efficient, which means it doesnt work and food we had went bad cause it didnt work. Asked front desk about it and was told thats just how they work, if nothings in them they are warm inside. We out drinks and food inside and never got cold. Asked for replacement and did not get one.

The staff was great no problems but the cleaning staff was not very helpful and good I ask them to get the trash out they said they do trash very third day I HAVE to go and get towels and toilet paper . I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt due to Memorial Weekend. Waffles and muffins was all they served, so if you love sugar they have you covered. Room was better than some at the price range however this is a newer hotel. Room smelled like mold and there was mold on the ceiling.

Save your money, go somewhere else.

Our phone didn't work, front desk told us to come to the desk for more towels, they gave us a floor mat instead of a towel, there were bugs in the bathroom and room. We had to move the nightstand to plug in our phones, it was filthy behind the nightstand, the clothes dryer took money but didn't dry clothes, the breakfast was just sugar products and not much to choose from. It was $250 per night and the worst hotel I've ever stayed in for that price range.

Breakfast sucked like no other hotel breakfast in my life. Only toast or waffles for breakfast but no butter at all. Elevators and room smelt like chlorinated poop. It was a good deal but no value. Sleep Inn could have done a lot better.
