The restaurant was being remodeled so can’t comment on that. They recommended eating at a sports bar called Lifty’s near by and we did get a discount for staying at the Peppertree. Good food, fun atmosphere.

Very nice modern hotel with large rooms, comfortable bed, and nice amenities. I appreciated the spaciousness of the bathroom and the room overall. The lobby makes a nice place to hang out with several seating areas and a large two-story glass wall, giving a great view.

I think overall the hotel is good. I think the housekeeping could be better. The shower needs to be scrubbed once in a while as there is mold in the grout lines. The pillow cases come not pressed. Just little stuff like that.

Would definitely stay here again! Everything was nice, modern, and clean! Hotel was dog friendly and great to know for next time! Check in to check out was super easy. The bed was a little too firm for us, maybe have a matress topper as an option. But other than that everythingnwas great even breakfast! Wish i would of taken pics of the hotel, everything was nice and decorated very well throughout the entire hotel!

Great Place to Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The location is great and up and coming! We were so happy to find a room with a King and two queens for our large family! The hotel is very clean and updated. Close drive to restaurants and the old mill district.
The only feedback I would give regards the breakfast. I felt it was a little lackluster.

I don't like posting negative stuff, but...
The refrigerator and safe didn't work, the air conditioner sounded like a truck, the shower only had a handheld shower head and was mounted to the wall facing the curtain, so it leaked water all over the floor if you put it in the mount and tried to use it like a regular shower head. The fire alarm had a red flashing light directly over the bed and flashed a few times every minute. I was told by the staff it was required, but i have never seen that in a hotel before.
At least the bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Comfortable hotel in Bend
Room was very nice with a great bathroom and comfortable bed. Light housekeeping would be a big improvement - just emptying trash and making beds would be nice. I like that it is ecological not to change towels and bedding, but just checking to see if we need more tp and emptying trash for us would be nice.

Staff was very kind. Someone came into my room, unbeknownst to me, and washed the rug. Everything on the floor was moved, shoes were placed on the eating table, luggage and clothing moved and carpet was wet the rest of the day. I was not thrilled.
You can hear everything from your room. The people flushing the toilet all night above us, people talking in the room next to us. Nothing crazy the guests were doing just paper thin floors/walls
