Amazing service, friendly staff, amazing location close to the city centre (walking distance) as well as the beach. Rooftop pool is outstanding with amazing views. All in all, a very nice and luxurious experience.

Chill vibes

The hotel was very nice and looks new. I love the sunset at the pool area, its stunning and the vibe of the whole hotel is so chill and cozy. Good brand of coffee served and the soap and lotion is Molton Brown. They offer breakfast buffet and it was also good, had some choices. The only thing was there was some short hair and it looks like eyelashes on the pillow and under the sheet and normally I am not so particular to these things but I saw them when we entered the room.

The staff were amazing, they were very friendly and very attentive to our needs. Like to mention Consantio, Themidis, Nico and especially the amazing Mirsini that seemed to hold the team together with her great charm. We would happily stay in Napa Hotel again. We had a fantastic room with our own pool, even though we didn't use it, as we ventured to the roof top bar/pool area its was lovely having the outside space to relax in for our own purpose. Carry on what you are doing this place is a winner!

Best hotel where I have ever been!❤️‍🔥

Best hotel where I have ever been. Suited perfectly for two young ladies (26yo) since the pool area is very trendy and have some chill house music. The food and beverage services are super nice at the rooftop pool as well. Staff is very friendly and professional and will help you with everything. Big rooms with amazing bed and they were clean too.

Really nice stay at Hotel Napa Suites just before the Christmas. The hotel had really put effort on making the place look nice and there were all kinds of amazing decorations in festive spirit. The location is conveniently within walking distance from the Aiya Napa attractions, but not in the middle of all the bars, so it is pleasantly quieter. The staff was very helpful and nice. The restaurants were open, even if the hotel was fairly quiet during this off-season. Especially restaurant staff was just amazing, always helpful! Everything was clean and well taken care of. Parking was next to property and very easy to use.

Tydelige brugstegn på hotelværelset - men ellers alt i alt en god oplevelse. Ulempen er nok, at et værelse med delvis havudsigt er mod rundkørslen, hvilket kan være støjende. Er dog vant til det derhjemme. Men nogle mennesker vil flygte skrigende væk

👍Τα δωμάτια και οι χώροι του ξενοδοχείου πεντακάκαθαρα. 👍 Ωραία δωμάτια τόσο σε διακόσμηση όσο και σε ανέσεις. 👎 Πολύ μικρό πάρκιγκ για τα αυτοκίνητα. Μόνο για 15 οχήματα το πολύ. 👎Μια και μίκρή πισίνα στο roof και μικρός ο χώρος για χαλάρωση. 👎Το πρωινό νόστιμο αλλα πολύ φτωχικό. 👎 Το φαγητό και τα ποτά στην πισίνα πολύ ακριβά και υπάρχει έξτρα χρέωση 10% για το service. 2 φαγητά και 2 ποτά κόστισαν €70

An amazing stay Great customer service, staff were all very welcoming and professional Excellent breakfast- worthy of 5 star status- even offered any hot beverage freshly made- not just from a machine-the chef checked his buffet, extensive choice and care to detail. Séjour très agréable, l'hotel est vraiment beau. Nous avions une suite pour 4 personnes, les lits étaient juste incroyables. Chambre trés grande et confortable avec suffisemment d'intimité pour chacun. Par contre, balcon avec vue sur le parking... La piscine n'est pas grande mais agréable et les transats sont chouettes (assez nombreux pour tous le monde car l'hotel est petit). Nous aurions pu mettre 5 étoiles mais le seul bémol a été l'horaire de la demi pension. Pour le soir, 18h-20h. Soit trés tot en vacances.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen Boutique- und Adults-Only-Hotel. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich freundlich und der Service ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage war für uns perfekt – ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Das Frühstück war absolut ausreichend, alles sehr frisch und von guter Qualität. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Bei der Buchung gab es keinen Hinweis darauf, dass die beiden hauseigenen Restaurants noch geschlossen sind (Vorsaison) – gerade wegen dieser hatten wir uns für Halbpension entschieden. Umso schöner war es, dass uns stattdessen direkt und ohne Nachfrage angeboten wurde, mittags zu essen. Das konnten wir zwar nicht immer nutzen, jedoch ein nettes Entgegenkommen. Alles in allem ein großartiges Hotel – vermutlich das beste Adults-Only in Ayia Napa! Möchtest du das auch auf Englisch oder Französisch für eine internationale Plattform?

Gorgeous private pool, lovely room with living room and bar. The bed was very comfortable. Claire the guest relations manager was so welcoming and helpful with recommendations. All the staff very polite. Hotel exceptionally clean. Tasty food especially ceasar salad but reduced menu which became a bit of a bore! Would recommend!

Super expérience! Hôtel super, très propre. Personnel très accueillant et serviable. Très bon petit déjeuner. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir! Le seul point négatif que je pourrais dire, c’est que la piscine est beaucoup trop froide. Je n’ai pas pu me baigner.

Bra vuxenhotell

Litet hotell, fin utsikt över Ayia Napa från poolområdet. Trevlig personal. Vi hade beställt halvpension, och tyckte att det var ett lite konstigt och svårbegripligt system, en del mat i menylistan ingick, en del kostade extra. Ibland svårt att förstå vad personalen försökte förklara.
