This hotel was in a perfect area to walk to all the sites. The neighborhood was quiet but you were still close enough to lots of bars and restaurants. The only thing that was odd is the card for the electric needed to be used for the air conditioning at night but then a few lights didn’t have a switch to shut off so we had no choice but to remove card Also, then we weren’t able to charge our devices

We were absolutely blown away by this property. Not only was it a practically perfect location being a relaxing 10 minute walk from some of the best places, but it was spacious and beautiful! The room was everything we could have wanted for our city break and made our holiday even better knowing we were coming back to somewhere we enjoyed being. We spent time on the terrace and had plenty of room to unpack and hang our belongings. I would not only recommend this place but would happily stay here again if we returned to Venice!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay at this property. It is a bit of a walk to the main areas but that seems to be the case for most things around Venice. The room was spacious, modern, and clean. The front desk is located at another property but it is very close.

Very nice property. Staff is quick to respond via WhatsApp messaging but they mixed up my room and we can to fit 4 into a room setup for 3. Otherwise it’s a very nice property. Make sure to pay attention to the check-in instructions as there is no traditional reception!

Great little gem

This hotel was a little gem. From the outside it didnt look like much but it surpassed its self on the inside. We had 3 suites and they were breath taking. One had a little gem of a roof terrace and one had access to the cute court yard. Rooms were so clean, towels were great. They say to check in at a different hotel so make sure you read the emails. There is no restaurant, kitchen or bar but everything's a stones throw away. Glad i booked a bit out of town as soon as you hit st marks square it was people city But overall could not fault it.

We stayed at Ca de la Fonte on the tail end of our cruise. we only stayed once night but wished it was longer. Lorenzo helped carry our bags up three flights of stairs, he also came right away when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the terrace. The accommodations were superb given the low price. extraordinary value! We will definitely be back again one day! NOTE: we had to check in at a neighboring hotel, something Expedia did not tell us, thankfully our water taxi had called for us and they were able to tell us before we got there, lugging our luggage through the streets of Venice. This place felt more like an apartment than a hotel, so there were no elevators, although we were on the top floor, which was #3, it really wasn't that bad. totally worth it!! don't hesitate or look any further , this is the place you want to stay!
