懐石料理の夕食で大満足
あまりに良いホテルで感動しました。お部屋はどこまでも清潔でおしゃれです。空調も使い勝手が良く快適でした。
２食つきのプランで、夕食は懐石料理でした。日頃、ホテルでの夕食はバイキングが続いていたので、一品ずつ提供されるのは久しぶり、これがとても工夫を凝らしたお料理で、どのお皿も美味くて感激でした。品数も量も多く、満腹でした。

Frühstück war sehr gut, aber das Abendessen nicht besonders und total überteuert (ich hatte Halbpension). Würde ich auf keinen Fall wieder buchen, sondern nur Frühstück. Sehr kalte Klimaanlage im Restaurant.
Das Personal war sehr freundlich und es gab einen Shuttle zum Bahnhof, was wegen des Regens super war.

高濃度炭酸泉の温泉が、とてもよかったです。肌がツルツルになりました！
スイートルームに泊まり、ゆったりした空間で、素晴らしいオーシャンビューに、癒されました。
残念な点は、私たち家族は、ダニアレルギーがあり、畳みマットのある部屋でしたが、畳みが痒かったのが残念でした。カーペットの上に、畳みマットをひいた現代的なスタイルですが、かなり痒かったです。
キレイに掃除してあるんだけど、ダニが残念でした(>_<) しかも、持って帰ったみたいで、家でもしばらく痒かったです！
たぶん、アレルギーじゃない人には、大丈夫かと思います。

夕食の際、子供がお世話になりました。
一部の方は凄く親切にしてもらい居心地は良かったと思います。
ただ寒くて暖房を操作していたのですが、スタッフが冷房に変えられたのは少し不満でした。後すぐに帰れオーラがあった ためゆったりできませんでした。

Very convenient to ferry, a short bus ride away from the train station. Good breakfast, coin laundry, amazing view. Large room, hotel staff very helpful. Clean and comfortable.

Hotel in Shimabara
Hotel staff were very friendly and inviting, futon was made up which was good for my youngest who was only 1. The establishment was clean. My only complaint was the bed was not soft, but if you enjoy a more firm bed this is the place for you.

当日、突然の送迎予約をしてもらえましたが、事前に送迎予約が必要だと思いました。
ホテルのレストランも確認が必要。宿泊日は混んでて利用できないことを知らされた。
周辺に飲食店は殆どなく困りました。
ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋からの眺めも良かった。期待以上でした。

とにかく、スタッフの皆さんが親切でした！
忘れ物したら、すぐに連絡下さったり、駅まで送迎してくれたり、めちゃくちゃ親切でした。
朝から掃除を熱心にされていました。
修学旅行や大会に出場する学生さんが、たくさんいました。
露天風呂付き客室にしましたが、6月なのに海風が冷たくて寒くて、とても入れなかった。
潮風が爽やかで、潮でベタつくとかがない事に驚いた！そして、ホテルの水の美味しいこと。近くのイオンで買った水より、ホテルの蛇口から出る水の方が美味しいなんて、初めてでした！地元の人によると、島原は、湧き水が出る土地で水が美味しくて、有名だそう。
またぜひこのホテルに来たいと思いました！

水が美味しくて買ってきたペットボトルの水より、部屋の水道の水の方が美味しく感動しました。
