Perfect stay

I stayed at business room for 1 night. The room is very clean and stylish. Especially I enjoyed the bar nearby hotel with beer and live music. And the breakfast is great just like 4 star hotel. Hotel location is perfect in downtown.

Clean, small rooms with basic amenities and small TV. Breakfast buffet had large variety but only a couple warm options. Coffee and juice cost extra. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Almost perfect

This new hotel offers all I ever want in a midrange hotel. It’s new, it’s clean, it’s spacious and everything works. It’s in a great location in the centre of town and has easy access from the bus station (take the tram from the bus station to the Ismet Inonu stop for TL3.5). The staff are young, enthusiastic and welcoming. Breakfast is typically Turkish, but better than most. At the price they are currently charging it’s a real bargain. The one disappointment (and I hope it gets fixed soon) is that the wifi was unreliable in my room and not great in the lobby either. The signal looked strong on the screen, but connecting was a real problem. Having said that, it’s such a great hotel that I would still choose to stay there again.

The hotel is decent; modern building and well maintained. It is conveniently located in the middle of the city, didn't hve to use the tram much. Eskisehir is a very pleasant city to walk around. The staff were welcoming and helpful despite the language barrier (very little English spoken). The room was comfortable. I had a single room and it was adequate; it did not feel cramped at all. The reasons I would not rate it a five are the lighting and the breakfast. The lighting in the corridors and in the room are very poor. It was uncomfortable walking in the corridors as they are very dark- dark coloured walls and black carpet and very little light. it was difficult to work in the room at night as the lighting in the room is inadequate. Breakfast could be much improved with some decent coffee ( a bottle of instant coffee does not quite do it for coffee drinkers), and some fruit and juice. I did not like much of what was offered, though they tried to provide some variety.

Hotel odasına giriş yaptıgımda cam acıktı. biraz dinlendim akşam yemege gittim. odama geri döndğümde oda aşırı sigara kokuyordu. meger bana sigara icilen oda vermişler(sehbanın üzerinde küllük vardı). reseptiondan yeni oda isteyince. oda artık kullanıldı yeni oda veremeyız dendi (reservasyonda önceden belirtmişdim). yani hem hatalılar hem güclüler. ayrıca odalrında PET şıse tasarufu gerekce göştererek sürahide su koymuşlar. 1.
