"Every thing was great staff and room.. my only suggestion is since i am a senior I found the beds too high and difficult to get into. It would be nice if you had steps like they have for dogs to get up on a bed. They could be stored in the closet. I am sure others have mentioned this issue Other than that we had a great stay"
