Even when certain items weren’t listed on the menu, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our preferences and ensure we were satisfied. The cleanliness and sanitation across the entire resort were outstanding. Our room was spotless, cleaned daily without fail, and always stocked with Haile protein bars for two and bottled water. We were very pleased with both our room and the beautiful view it offered. Every staff member we interacted with was respectful, disciplined, and genuinely eager to help. The hotel also provides a convenient shuttle service to the airport at guests’ preferred times, which made our departure smooth and stress-free. Overall, our stay at Haile Grand was exceptional. We felt well taken care of from start to finish and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for comfort, hospitality, and great service"
