10/10 Excellent
"The hotel looks very nice. Lovely rooms, comfortable pillows and bed. Everything is perfectly clean and well maintained. Staff are so accommodating. Spa is very big and luxurious. Sauna might be the best I have been in. I can’t fault it and I would come back for sure. "
"Exalent, our 2 rooms where spotless, beds where VERY comfertable, and All the staff where very freindly, and helpfull, plus a very convenient location, also there is a pub, and 2 supermarkets next door, great value for money....Highly recomended!!!"
"Breakfast was fresh and hot, fantastic selection. Room was clean and fresh. This is my return visit from a couple of weeks ago. This is my first choice for Cardiff, just a few minutes from the centre. Staff at breakfast so friendly. Well done 🙂🙂"
"Staff at reception were very helpful when the on line check in facility failed to work. The room was comfortable and quiet but some of the public areas seemed to be understaffed and a bit unkempt…but it was a very wet and busy weekend in Cardiff "
