"Great hotel in a safe neighborhood. Breakfast was excellent every day and the staff was friendly and attentive as well. Neighborhood is super safe and we were able to find Uber without issue to different parts of the city. Wish they had a hot-tub instead of a sauna. But all in all a good stay. Would come back. "

It’s in a safe, upscale part of Bogotá (Chicó / Chapinero / near the World Trade Center / Parque 93) with easy access to restaurants, commerce, etc.

Breakfast: variety, freshness, decent restaurant food. Dining on site is appreciated.

Suites are large, often with apartment-style features, which many guests like. There’s a sense of luxury in decor and amenities.
Carolina, Hector, Romain, Ernesto, Luis they go above and beyond in service, very accommodating.
