"Stay was comfortable. There was some issue with their telephone. Tried reaching them for an early check in but was not getting connected. After reaching hotel at 10 AM had to wait till 11 30 to get the room."

"I booked an all inclusive package. The guy at the reception didn't offer anything. As part of all inclusive & VIP package, the customer is entitled to Packaged Drinking Water & Food. The rooms are as terrible as they can get. No soap/brush kit provided, Shower doesn't work. Very bad and ugly/dirty bucket & mug provided. Bed, blanket or the bedsheet were unwashed. Stay away is one advise. There are other hotels nearby maybe better than this one."
