"Very convenient location. A little traffic noise but considering where the hotel is, it was not bad. Very clean and room well made up every day. Comfortable. Only advice would be to replace the pillows. Much too soft for us. Good stay"
"The check-in and chekout is so easy, the facilities are really nice, simple but modern. The place is well connected with public transportation (5 min Metro and 2 min tram) and a lot of options of restaurants and stores. Also the real palace is close walking (20 min). The kitchen common area is enough with several fridges, sitting area and the table games are a great plus.

We came while having cold weather and room was just too warm! Had a nice window but didn’t give enough air. Looked like there was a thermostat but maybe turned off."
"Our room was very spacious, clean and well appointed. The balcony and mini bar were also very nice to have. The cleaning staff did an excellent job each day servicing our room and restocked coffee and water each day. Currently there is a lot of construction going on in front of the hotel so you'll definitely need to get up and moving earlier in the morning to avoid the noise. Very close to Bruxelles Centraal Station and the Grand Place area. "
