"Excellent quality and luxury hotel, most guests appear to be chinese nationals, which is no surprise where its advised to have a translation app ready to go where needed.
Regardlss staff were great help always and friendly.
Interesting to have your primary desk reservation on level 51.
I'd highly recommend this hotel also for its prine location and nearby monuments and shopping and food."
"Highly recommended if you're in Chongqing. We had a great experience from check-in to check-out. Breakfast was awesome. Everyone there were so courteous and friendly. Will definitely stay here again."
"The staff was friendly to help us with everything. The room was accurate as description. Housekeeping made the sheets daily, the water pressure and heater was perfect and the location of this hotel was strategic to get food and shopping for tourists. "
"Good sized room, clean, checkin and checkout efficient, not sure about the location as I didn't get chance to walk around much! Perhaps 15 minutes from the subway but didi is cheap enough. Used the place as a hotel rather an apartment so didn't need the kitchenette etc but it all looked decent."
