Only thing is that when there are thunderstorms, the street floods completely and there is no transportation options. However, staff were very helpful in providing help, towels, and exit options. "The internet connection was poor in the room. The room is very quiet and nice except people smoke in the balcony, and that's quite disturbing. On the day before my checkout date, room service personnel did not leave any floor towel for the bathroom, and the shower water was flooding the bathroom floor. Other than that, the overall experience was good."

"The hotel was very nice, service & staff were top notch! We felt pampered all week & every employee went above & beyond to enhance our stay. We had a Seaview room with a nice balcony & gorgeous view of the beach. Our room was tiny! Reminded me of an interior cabin on a cruise ship. There really is no where to put your bags & very little room to store anything. We did not get an upgrade with the expedia vip, in fact, staff didn't really seem to know any benefit with the vip. Both restaurants were very good. Between the two restaurants, we were happy eating dinner at the hotel most nights. Palma is not far off you have a car. Gorgeous city but very crowded. There is a couple convenient stores & a liquor store on the same block as Nixe Palace so very convenient to grab drinks, snacks or beach essentials. "
