"I stayed an extra day and had asked the room staff that all I needed was extra towels and they did not replenish or do the beds as I requested after staying 2 nights and deciding to stay a 3rd . I did go down stairs and front desk did immediately get me some towels and the front desk staff was very friendly and inviting and also good conversation."
