"A great location for seeing the sites (literally 5 minute walk from the Blue Mosque). Hotel stylish and grand - marble opulence. Rooms spacious. The restaurant has a good view of the Blue Mosque and Haghia Sofia at night. What made the stay extra special was the wonderful staff. Nothing was too much trouble (from opening the windows without being asked in the restaurant to allow window-free pictures to be taken) to helping with booking of tours and directions to Metro stations. The final exceptional service provided was when, on finding at the airport that I had left items in the safe, was their honesty and professionalism in making sure I got them back when I had returned to the UK. Certainly 5 star service. "

"This is my favorite place to stay at when visiting Istanbul. I had stayed many times here before and always remain happy with service, room cleanliness, staff etiquette, airport transfer. The restaurant on the rooftop has the best views to Ayasofi and Blue Mosque, the food is great. If I'm coming back, I'm definitely staying here again!"

"The room was clean with great views over the marmara sea and towards the asian side. Everything was ready for us when we arrived. There’s robes and slippers. The shampoo, shower gel, conditioner and lotion were all zero parabens and zero soap. We weren’t able to use the pool as it was already cold and they have closed it for the season now. We did not include breakfast with our booking as we intended to eat out for most of the stay. The location of the hotel is just one street away from istiklal street and a few minutes walk to the galata tower and area which is so busy and buzzing at night. Amazing as its very close to everything. The karakoy tram to get to sultanahmet is also short walking distance downhill. Great stay. Will be back again, hopefully when there is a bosphorus view room available. "
