"The hotel was amazing, they really accommodated to the fact that my partner didn’t eat red meats and pork and you could see the effort they put in to keep up a standard of great service. The views were breathtaking it actually felt very surreal when sitting and taking it all in. The only downfall was from a member of staff (Socila) who blatantly racially profiled my partner and I at breakfast where she asked us what we wanted for drinks after her manager told her to come over, we told her our order she went to the station and didn’t put it through ignored us for about 20 minutes after asking multiple times for our drinks, until my partner called the manager and explained what happened and he ended up getting our drinks.
Overall the hotel was amazing I would highly recommend because they made us feel so comfortable."
"The staff was very friendly and very accommodating. We were updated to a beach front suite overlooking the ocean. Stunning view and beautiful suite. The only thing that people should be aware of is that there are a lot of stairs on the property. If you are not fit it might be difficult maneuvering the property. "
