"Front desk staff appears to enjoy their job and it helps with the strong customer engagement. Cleanliness in the room and bathroom I stayed at was top notch, this was probably the cleanest even though not the newest of about 10 highly rated properties I stayed at in Harrisburg area in past 2 years. I don't know if this is Hilton keeping up high standards for their location or just this local team exceeding Hilton standards."

"Staff were professional and timely. We needed help with taking our bags to the lower level, which did not have elevator access and the staff carried our bags down by hand. The hotel needs renovations and the cleaning could be better. We found hair left in the bathroom. The rooms are spacious especially the suites. "
