"This hotel was just perfect, located right on Lake Bled, next to the Pletna boat station. The room was great, clean, comfortable and well designed. You feel like you are part of the history, yet, the hotel is modernly renovated. Breakfast was great too. But what really made our stay special is the team. Unfortunately, during our stay, hotel had water issues for a few hours, but they communicated so well and we prepared to move us to a hotel nearby without a fuss should the problem persisted. Luckily, it was quickly fixed and we could enjoy our stay. We just wish we stayed longer and next time try their restaurant, the menu looked really good! "

"Overall a very clean hotel and staff were so lovely and helpful! Only thing I would have to say about the room was that the balcony door was slightly broken and kept opening at the top as I think part of the hinge was off meaning bugs kept getting into the room. Thankfully not a lot of them did get in but was a bit annoying having to keep removing them. Other than that the room was very clean and was perfect- had everything you could need!"
