"11/10 the absolute best option for Cranbrook/Kimberly area. We rented a Tesla over Turo and we we're able to charge it free there so the hotel was extremely perfect and had free travel. ABSOLUTELY would recommend to a friend and will be staying again. Than you guys so much for such a wonderful experience. Great breakfast and the photos speak for themselves:)"

"Breakfast was average. Waitress barely let us walk in the door and asked for our vouchers. Then she asked if we wanted eggs. I wasn’t sure why they weren’t on the buffet. She also asked us about beverages at the door. She should have seated us and then asked questions and explained why the eggs were separate. "

"Stay was good. Room very cozy, clean and modern with all amenities. Great location with walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. Easy access to the hot springs."
