"You can't beat the location, price or courteous staff. A few areas could have been cleaner (like the lift) but overall a pleasant stay and I'll be back. "

"Great location close to shopping, restaurants, the Tube, major road artery. Quiet room recently renovated, comfortable bed, bathroom with bathtub (unusual!), air conditioning - such an asset during the heat wave in London. Staff were helpful and friendly. Continental breakfast was adequate. Would recommend."

"Friendly helpful staff, clean comfortable room. I have walking issues. The first stay, the staff found me a room without stairs, downstairs, access by elevator. My second stay was on the ground level floor in a larger room. The room was showing its age but was comfortable. The breakfast is buffet style, lots of choice and like all hotels, very expensive. There are pubs and a good Italian restaurant within walking distance. I would probably stay again. Thank you to the staff."
