"This was misleading advertising on Hotels.com. I selected a tent with 2 queen beds and a bunk bed for about R1700. Just before we arrived I got a call from the hosts and let them know that 2 friends would arrive 30 minutes before us. I was told that I would have to pay an additional R790 for them because they charge extra each person over 2. This was not made clear on the app. This accommodation was not worth over R2,500 for the night. Unhappy guests who feel ripped off."

"Loved the location, modern design and beautiful view from the elevated pool terrace. Standard room was nicely decorated, neat and functional but it was very very tiny with no space to move by the bed and no space for a chair and the patio was internal with no view. This was a bit disappointing for the money. Suites looked wonderful though if your budget can stretch to that."

"The communication with the management company was exceptional. Out of many places we stayed in our 2week trip they stood out -info well in advance. Get brief on location when we arrived. We had a problem with electricity and one what’s app message- they solved it . The view from apartment was amazing. Also great use of washer dryer and kitchen . Location great to walk Main Street - brilliant restaurants close by . I would recommend this apartment very highly "

"Village Square 6 was beautifully furnished as a self catering unit. It is spacious and has a beautiful ocean view and within a stone's throw from the main road with shopping and restaurant. It was well equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. I will visit again. "

"This place is incredible! Front desk were so happy and welcoming, tour was really helpful. Facilities (rooftop pool, parkade, hallways and restaurant) were so clean and lovely. The apartment was incredible, only regret is not staying longer, 2 nights was not enough, would recommend 3-4. Local area was great and everything was convenient to access (pharmacy, stores, restaurants, supermarket), and a short journey to the beach (we drove and found parking easily).
