"Washroom was very clean. The room walls and doors needed some spot cleaning.. nothing too serious Staff were friendly and very helpful. The view of the harbor is fantastic when its not foggy.
The facility exterior is getting some renovations and repairs done so it's only going to be better for the next visit to town.

"The hosts were warm and welcoming and very helpful. We felt more like guests than visitors. The breakfast was ample and delicious—a far cry from your standard “breakfast included “ hotel. The architecture of the building itself was beautiful and the hosts knew the history well. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely recommend this property. "

"This was a good stay while stopping over in St. John. The view from the window was amazing. The hotel itself could use an overhaul but it was clean which is of utmost importance. The bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed. Breakfast was typical continental style which was plentiful to get us going on the road."
